We have limited seats available in Grades 9 and 10 to join us for our second semester, currently in progress. These seats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. For information on applying, see below. Applications for the current year will be accepted until February 17th at 4 PM.

Tour Our School

Intent to Enroll Process
Step One: Submit Letter of Intent to Enroll AND an Application
How to submit a Letter of Intent to Enroll:
The first step in your application process will be to fill out a Letter of Intent to Enroll. Completed letters of intent should be submitted online by filling out the form which will be linked here. After submitting your Letter of Intent to Enroll, please move on to filling out an application.
Note: Please do not mail hard copies to the school.
How to submit aN APPLICATION
Immediately after filling out your Letter of Intent to Enroll, please complete the application on the PowerSchool Portal.
You will open the link that will appear below and click “Create Account” to start the application process. If you already have a student attending Baxter Academy, you do not need to create a new account, just sign in to your normal PowerSchool account.
Once both the Application and Letter of Intent to Enroll are completed, await further notification from the school on your enrollment status. If you run into any issues or have any questions, reach out to Tyler Beaulieu at admissions@baxter-academy.org.
Step Two: Await Further Notification
Once the Enrollment Manager confirms we have recieved both the letter of intent and the application, you’ll be notified of your enrollment status. If our available seats have been filled, you will be placed on a waitlist in order by the timestamp of your application.
Step Three: Commitment to Enroll
Students who are offered enrollment at Baxter will have fourteen (14) days to secure their space by submitting a signed Commitment to Enroll form. If Baxter has not received the Commitment to Enroll form after fourteen (14) days, the placement will be released to the next prospective student on the waitlist. Once our Enrollment Manager receives this form, you will receive the final registration paperwork. Following the completion of the registration forms, you would work with our guidance counselors to build a schedule and plan your first day on campus.
