Student Fees

As a non-profit charter school, Baxter Academy does not receive the same supplementary funding provided to many traditional public schools. Despite this, we do our best to provide a rich school experience, often paying for some standard student services out of pocket. As a result, it is even more important that all fees assessed to students are paid promptly by families.

You can view and pay fees online with MySchoolBucks. You can also pay them in person at our Front Office with a credit card or check. Checks should be made payable to “Baxter Academy” with your student’s name and the name of the fee on the notes line on the check.


MySchoolBucks

Baxter Academy has teamed up with MySchoolBucks, an online service where you can easily and securely pay for school fees using a credit/debit card or electronic check.

Using MySchoolBucks you can:

  • Purchase items in our Baxter Academy online store

  • Pay invoices and fees (such as the annual technology fee)

  • View important school information & links

  • In the Fall, we also plan to move lunch ordering over to MySchoolBucks. (more info on that to come)

Families can get started in 4 easy steps:

  1. Download the mobile app or visit myschoolbucks.com

  2. Create your free account

  3. Add your student using their name and birthdate

  4. Browse the Baxter Academy online store or pay fees

Fees may be reduced or waived for those who have completed the Free & Reduced Meal Application and have been approved. Each time a fee is charged, you may request a fee waiver by contacting our finance team at finance@baxter-academy.org


As a nonprofit, we welcome tax-deductible donations for scholarships to help with student fees for those in need.
